What’s the role?

As our People Partner for VIC, you’ll support around 40 restaurants and 1,000 Nandocas - many stepping into their first job or early in their careers.

This is where it gets special. You’re not on the sidelines, you’re in it:

  • Out in restaurants ~60% of the week, building real relationships where it matters most

  • Working from home or our Richmond office the other 40% — whatever works for you

  • Owning your diary, your rhythm, and how you create impact

You have the ability to partner with Regional leaders and identify operational and strategic ways to add value and use your incredible capability. All this backed by a wider P&C team to bring to life new initiatives and programs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Facilitate workshops, lead conversations and bring learning to life (in person and virtually)

  • Create environments where young people build confidence, find their voice, and grow into leaders

Who You Are
