DP World
DP World is looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist for Oceania on a 24-month maximum-term contract to help manage and improve its Microsoft 365 environment across the business. The role focuses on keeping collaboration and productivity services secure, reliable, and running smoothly, while also supporting the integration and migration of newly acquired companies into the DP World ecosystem.
You will work across Microsoft 365 platforms, identity and access management, collaboration tools, and security technologies, partnering with teams and stakeholders across multiple environments.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and support Microsoft 365 migrations and integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Support and maintain the Windows 11 Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing collaboration and productivity services across the business.
- Automate routine administration and project activities through PowerShell scripting.
- Manage identity, access, security, and compliance controls including MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and DLP.
- Contribute to platform improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration and M&A integration activities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, identity, and compliance (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP).
- Strong experience with PowerShell and automation.
- Understanding of modern endpoint management tools used to support Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android devices (e.g., Intune, MECM/SCCM).
- Understanding of identity/authentication flows with legacy and modern authentication methods such as Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenID connect.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across BAU and project work.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with ability to work independently.
- Microsoft 365 certifications, ITIL, or IT qualifications highly regarded.
