About The Role

This role leads delivery across a technology platform, aligning multiple squads to achieve strategic outcomes. You will work closely with Platform Leads and Product Owners to plan, prioritise and deliver initiatives. The role focuses on roadmap delivery, backlog alignment and managing interdependencies. You will guide teams to deliver quality outcomes while balancing risk, scope and timelines.

This role is paying between $160-180,000 including super.

What You'll Do

• Co-ordinate delivery across squads to achieve platform outcomes while managing scope, timelines and quality expectations.
• Maintain roadmap planning and delivery plans to ensure initiatives are prioritised and delivered effectively.
• Align squad plans into a single platform view to improve visibility, progress tracking and outcomes.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring clear escalation and strong governance practices.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business and technology to support delivery and adoption of change.
• Monitor progress and performance through reporting, tracking and financial awareness where required.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects, applying Agile, PMBOK or similar frameworks in real environments.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives, balancing competing priorities and making informed decisions.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, building trust and influencing outcomes across diverse teams.
• Strong capability in risk management, governance and delivery planning across large programs of work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, improve delivery performance and drive alignment.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present clear insights and recommendations at all levels.
