We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 construction company delivering a major commercial project in Western Sydney. This is a site-based role offering the opportunity to be part of a large, high-profile project team.
As Project Administrator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the project team on site. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery through accurate documentation control, reporting, and day-to-day project support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- General project coordination & administration support
- Maintaining project records and documents
- Accounts support, data entry and filing
- Assisting with reporting, scheduling and spreadsheets
- Supporting site staff with admin tasks as required
- Reception duties, answering queries and directing information to the right people
About You
- Previous administration or site admin experience (construction experience preferred)
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Willingness to work on a busy construction site
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
