We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 construction company delivering a major commercial project in Western Sydney. This is a site-based role offering the opportunity to be part of a large, high-profile project team.

As Project Administrator, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the project team on site. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery through accurate documentation control, reporting, and day-to-day project support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • General project coordination & administration support
  • Maintaining project records and documents
  • Accounts support, data entry and filing
  • Assisting with reporting, scheduling and spreadsheets
  • Supporting site staff with admin tasks as required
  • Reception duties, answering queries and directing information to the right people

About You

  • Previous administration or site admin experience (construction experience preferred)
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Willingness to work on a busy construction site
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
