You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of land development and urban development projects, working closely with clients, mentoring engineers and helping grow both the team and the business. This is a highly visible leadership position where your technical expertise, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills will have a direct impact.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Extensive civil engineering consulting experience within the Australian market.
• Strong expertise across land development, urban development or both.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineers, projects and client relationships.
• A successful track record in business development and generating repeat client opportunities.
• Ideally have experience using 12d, DRAINS and MUSIC, together with a strong understanding of subdivision design and civil infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage clients, developers, councils and multidisciplinary project teams.
