We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead warehousing and transport operations across Australia and New Zealand. If you are a collaborative leader with strong SAP expertise and a passion for continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee all warehousing, transportation, inventory, and logistics activities across the ANZ region. You will lead high-performing teams, manage third-party logistics partners, optimise supply chain processes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
You will play a critical role in delivering outstanding service while continuously improving operational efficiency and controlling costs.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams across ANZ.
- Manage warehousing, transport, inventory, and distribution operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.
- Oversee domestic and international freight, imports, exports, and interplant transfers.
- Drive OTIF performance, inventory accuracy, and continuous process improvements while optimising logistics costs.
- Manage SAP logistics processes, including inventory movements, EDI transactions, and DRP transfers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and logistics partners to meet business and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards, including audit readiness.
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, and key logistics metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus.
About You
You are a proactive logistics leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. You will bring:
- Proven experience leading warehouse and logistics operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong expertise in freight management, transportation, imports and exports.
- SAP proficiency (essential) and strong Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- A current (LF) Forklift License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience in the chemical or industrial manufacturing sector is advantageous.
