Locations: Aveo Retirement Communities – Brisbane South Side
Opportunity: Permanent full-time | Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday required for tours)
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Salary: $76K package (base + super) + $5K car allowance + commissions + KPIs (OTE ~$100-150K+)

As a Sales Manager with Aveo, you will play a key role in helping seniors find their next home – making a difference in their lives while being rewarded for your impact. You’ll build trusted relationships with prospective residents, guide them through one of life's biggest decisions and strengthen Aveo’s brand as a leader in retirement living.
An exciting chapter lies ahead, with new development stages underway at both our Robertson Park and Parkside Carindale communities. While these projects are still under construction, you'll spend your first 12–24 months nurturing relationships and completing sales across the existing communities. As the new stages are completed, you'll be perfectly positioned to drive sales and capitalise on significant future growth.
Your Impact
- Represent Aveo professionally throughout the entire sales journey - from initial tour through to settlement and resident exit processes (with all tours booked via our in-house contact centre).
- Create a warm, professional and inviting experience for prospective residents by completing open home tours and presentations, making follow-up calls, and hosting community engagement events
- Guide customers through their decision-making journey, ensuring personalised service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure properties are refurbished, marketed, presented, and priced to a high standard.
- Maintain relationships with residents and families before, during, and after settlement to ensure seamless transitions.
- Champion compliance by adhering to real estate legislation, company policies, and accurate CRM reporting.
- Ensure every step of the move-in experience is smooth, supportive, and stress-free for new residents

What You’ll Bring
- Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson or Agent registration (required)
- Real estate experience is advantageous (Sales Agent, Property Manager, BDM or similar), however your customer focus, attitude and energy matter most
- Experience in project sales, development sales or new home sales will be highly regarded but isn't essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- A warm, professional and polished approach that creates positive first impressions
- A self-motivated attitude that possesses an empathetic approach to residents and a team-first mindset
- Confidence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (desired)
- Current Drivers Licence (required)
