Our client is an international, award winning construction business, yet they do something quite different.....they decommission and reconstruction various complex plants across a range of sectors; defence, infrastructure, renewables, energy etc.

Have you worked on major construction projects, buildings or civils? Complex in nature, high regard to safety, compliance, $50m+ in value - then I am keen to chat.

Priority; a quality PM to run the project against schedule, financial forecast and the contract. Strong across these disciplines.

Your new role

Responsible for the delivery of a $50m decommissioning project within scope, schedule, quality, safety, and budget targets, ensuring alignment with the company's project management framework and client requirements. You will lead project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of the project to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.Monitor project financial performance, identifying variances and working with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with client agreements, contractual obligations, and company policies. Lead teams and motivate the project delivery team, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working with a Victorian Tier 1- 3 builder

Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering construction, demolition, or civil infrastructure projects.

Minimum 8 years' experience in a project management role within the construction or industrial services sector.

Experience leading cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Supervisors, and Subcontractors.

Exposure to working within regulated environments and maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Involvement in tender preparation, cost estimation, and supporting business development initiatives.

Track record of managing project budgets, progress reporting, and performance monitoring. $50m+ project experience

Based in Melbourne, FULL PR / Citizen.
