We’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team in a hands-on advisory role supporting our sales and technical leaders and teams nationally. This opportunity is suited to a strong HR or P&C generalist who enjoys variety, can confidently navigate people matters, and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to supporting managers in a fast-paced environment.

Joining our P&C Advisory team is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a complex technology environment. As part of a small, collaborative team of four, you'll gain diverse HR experience, develop your advisory capabilities, and build your career with the support of a broader People & Culture function around you.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with managers and employees on a broad range of day-to-day people matters, providing timely, practical and commercially sound advice
  • Support employee relations and performance management matters, including coaching, performance improvement processes and case management
  • Guide leaders through onboarding, offboarding and general HR processes while helping them navigate more complex people issues with confidence
  • Contribute to broader people initiatives across talent, organisational development and industrial relations
  • Play an active role in lifting manager capability and building proactive, high-quality people practices across the organisation

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven HR advisory or generalist skills within a mid-sized or larger organisation
  • Strong generalist capability and the confidence to work through complex people matters
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think commercially and adapt quickly as priorities shift
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with managers while supporting positive people outcomes
  • The ability to manage a varied workload, switch between tasks with ease, and stay calm in a fast-moving environment
