We are currently seeking an experienced

Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established food manufacturing operation based in Perth. Working on a permanent afternoon shift, you will play a key role in maintaining production equipment and ensuring maximum plant reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and fault-find mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Perform repairs, installations and equipment upgrades as required.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient plant operation.
• Complete maintenance documentation and report on equipment performance.
• Adhere to all site safety, quality and food safety standards.

About You

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter.
• Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or a similar production environment.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
