Due to the growth of our Perth Property team, we are seeking an Associate to work alongside leading Partner, Tamara Heng.

The Role
Due to the growth of our Perth Property team, we are seeking an Associate to work alongside leading Partner, Tamara Heng. You’ll play a key role in advising on significant development projects, high-value property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing. You’ll work closely with Tamara contributing to strategic outcomes for clients ranging from major developers and investors to government and corporate entities.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will bring:
- Between 3-5 years’ PQE in property law
- Strong technical skills in land development, acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and leasing
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to client service
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
