Requirements/Details

Role: Mechanical Fitters, E&I Technicians & Mechanical Trades Assistants & Electrical Trades Assistant

Location: QLD

Point of Hire: Brisbane, QLD

Dates: Late July 2026

Campaign Duration: approx. 3 weeks

Scope Breakdown

  • Assisting with construction and commissioning activities
  • Mechanical piping installation
  • Valve installation
  • Pressure and Leak testing
  • Assisting both Mechanical Fitters & E&I techs

Qualifications And Experience Required

  • Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade cert (for Fitters)
  • QLD Electrical Licence
  • Instrumentation Certificates
  • EEHA Certificate
  • LV/CPR (electricians only)
  • First Aid (TA & Electricians)
  • High Risk Work Licence
  • Confined Space Entry
  • Working at Heights
  • Basic Mechanical Tool Bag (GRPS to pay for additional freight costs)
  • Shutdown experience in oil & gas / heavy industry
