We are seeking an experienced CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, design scalable CRM solutions, oversee implementation, and ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot)
• CRM customization, Plug-ins, integrations, and security model
• Requirements gathering and functional solution design
• Agile delivery (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT)
• CRM governance, process flows, and data model design
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (MB-210 or equivalent)
• Power Platform Certification (PL-200 or equivalent)
