Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

We're partnering with a well-established Australian organisation embarking on a significant infrastructure transformation program. They're looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across cloud, data centre, networking and enterprise infrastructure.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative technology team delivering business-critical projects in a mature enterprise environment.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure projects, working closely with technical teams, vendors and senior business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

Projects will include large-scale initiatives across:

• Cloud infrastructure
• Data centre consolidation and migration
• Enterprise networking
• Storage platforms
• Infrastructure modernisation

You'll be responsible for managing project plans, budgets, risks, governance and executive reporting while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver complex infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and risks.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports.
• Ensure projects adhere to governance and delivery frameworks.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and issues.
• Drive successful business and technical outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager with experience delivering enterprise technology projects in complex environments.

You'll ideally bring

• 5+ years' experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing data centre consolidation or migration projects.
• Experience across cloud, networking, storage and core infrastructure technologies.
• Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior executives.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines and project governance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly Regarded

• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Technical background in infrastructure engineering.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
