About the Role
A major Queensland energy provider is investing in its Dynamics 365 CRM capability, and they need an experienced Business Analyst to help drive that uplift. This is a chance to work at the intersection of business and technology, translating real operational needs into practical CRM solutions that will be used across the organisation.
You'll be embedded in a delivery team where your analysis work genuinely shapes outcomes, not just documents requirements for the sake of process. If you enjoy facilitating workshops, untangling complex business processes, and working closely with both stakeholders and developers to get things built right the first time, this role offers plenty of scope to do exactly that.
This is a 12-month engagement with the flexibility of negotiable work-from-home arrangements, giving you the chance to make a meaningful contribution without sacrificing work-life balance.

- Strong documentation skills across business requirements, functional specs, process maps and user stories

- Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
