About the rol e
We’re looking for a high-performin g Sales Executi ve with a strong background i n Data & AI solution sal es and established enterprise relationships across th e ANZ mark et. You will own new business acquisition and growth for Helius.AI’s consulting and delivery services, building a predictable pipeline and closing strategic deals centred on Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik and SAP data/analytics initiative s.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ANZ sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Build and execute a territory plan for Sydney/Melbourne and broader ANZ, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop a strong pipeline through account-based selling, partner referrals, events, and proactive outbound.
- Sell consulting-led outcomes (data platform modernisation, analytics, AI/ML/GenAI enablement, governance) aligned to customer priorities and ROI.
- Partner ecosystem leadership: cultivate relationships with Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik and SAP partner teams; co-sell, co-market, and build joint account plans.
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIO/CDO/CTO, Head of Data/Analytics, business leaders) and build multi-threaded relationships.
- Collaborate with delivery & solution teams to scope engagements, shape statements of work, and ensure accurate solutioning and estimations.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene: forecast accuracy, opportunity management, and pipeline reporting.
- Represent Helius.AI in market—thought leadership, community participation, and industry networking.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in enterprise solution sales within Data, Analytics, AI/ML, or Cloud—ideally consulting or services-led.
- Demonstrated success closing complex deals (multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream) with strong commercial acumen.
- Established network and connections across ANZ—C-level and data/technology decision-makers, partner ecosystems, and influencer communities.
- Experience selling or positioning one or more of: Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik, SAP (including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud), or adjacent data platforms.
- Strong discovery and value consulting skills—ability to translate business problems into measurable outcomes and a compelling narrative.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment—hands-on, self-directed, and adaptable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne with ability to travel across ANZ as needed.

- Existing partner relationships and/or certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik, or SAP ecosystems.
- Experience selling managed services, data platform migrations, modern BI, or AI/GenAI programmes.
- Understanding of ANZ procurement processes, government/regulated industry requirements, and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Prior experience in a high-growth consultancy or SaaS/Cloud partner.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12
Months)
- Build a qualified pipeline with consistent coverage against quarterly targets.
- Close initial flagship ANZ engagements that establish strong references and repeatable offerings.
- Develop joint account plans and active co-sell motions with Snowflake, Databricks, Qlik and SAP partner teams.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined CRM practices.
- Help shape go-to-market messaging and packaged offerings based on market feedback
