Your Role as a Graduate Sales Development Representative
As a Graduate Sales Representative, you'll work alongside our TechOne Direct team and will be responsible for generating and developing qualified leads to build a pipeline for the wider Sales team. You'll gain knowledge across our full product suite, used by thousands of organisations across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and beyond.

Our program is based in Brisbane, the heart of our operations. If you're from outside Greater Brisbane area, you'll need to relocate.

Your Talents
You've recently completed or are graduating by December 2026 with your Bachelors, Masters, or PhD. Alternatively, you have graduated in the last few years and have been working in another industry and are keen to make the shift to TechOne
- Customer centric - you're a customer advocate and know what it takes to deliver a compelling customer experience
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritise and manage time effectively
- You are a solid communicator; your communication skills are second to none and you're at your best when talking to customers.
