GR Production Solutions are seeking an experienced Quality & Safety Coordinator to join our Brisbane team.
Reporting to the National HSSEQ Manager, you will be the subject matter expert for Quality and the Integrated Management System (IMS), providing leadership, mentoring, and support across the business while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is primarily office-based in Brisbane CBD, with regular travel to operational sites across Australia to conduct compliance and assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety and Integrated Management System (IMS) processes across the business.
- Coordinate internal assurance programs, subcontractor audits, and activities that support ongoing IMS certification.
- Develop, review and maintain management system documentation to ensure compliance and effective document control.
- Provide expert quality and IMS support to operational teams through guidance, coaching, and site-based compliance and assurance audits.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Diploma (or equivalent) in Quality Management.
- Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.
- Qualification in Business Administration or Project Management (desirable).
- Minimum five years' experience in a similar Quality, Safety or IMS role.
- Experience with technical writing (Usability Mapping highly regarded).
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and willingness to travel interstate and to operational sites as required.
