Are you an organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator looking to join a fast-paced fashion brand? We're partnering with a leading Australian fashion brand to recruit a Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end production process and ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating production, managing supplier relationships, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between overseas factories, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

The Role

As Production Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day production process from purchase order through to warehouse delivery. This is a varied role that requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and amend seasonal purchase orders.
  • Coordinate production timelines with overseas factories and suppliers.
  • Manage sample approvals, including photo and shipping samples.
  • Track production schedules and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate shipment bookings and liaise with freight forwarders.
  • Monitor deliveries and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Review bulk fabric and product approvals to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Support quality control processes and report any production issues.
  • Maintain accurate production reports, trackers and documentation.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to resolve supplier packing and delivery issues.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Around 2+ years' experience in a Production, Product Development, Supply Chain or Logistics role within the fashion industry.
  • Experience working with offshore factories and suppliers.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, production schedules and shipment tracking.
  • Exposure to QC/QA processes is highly regarded.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Must be able to work 5 days onsite
