Product Designer is responsible for leading end-to-end design, turning user insights and business goals into high-quality, impactful experiences. They own the full design process-from research and testing to polished delivery-while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
They ensure consistency by applying and contributing to the design system, uphold strong design standards, and use structured product and technology processes. Through research, usability testing, and data analysis, they create solutions that improve customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes.
Product Designer will think big while delivering efficiently working iteratively, refining ideas through feedback, and balancing creativity, feasibility, and speed to get great work done.
Working within the product Division in the Commercial Property Crew, the Product Designer will be the sole designer working closely with product and engineering peers to craft a world-class user-experience across our flagship commercial property listings portal.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design from research to high-fidelity execution, ensuring user-centred, business-aligned outcomes.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications ready for development.
- Iterate and improve designs using user feedback, usability testing, and data insights.
- Ensure consistency and quality by applying design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Partner closely with engineers and product managers to deliver accurate, high-quality implementations.
- Use data and user insights to evaluate impact and continuously optimise experiences.
- Collaborate across teams, contribute to design reviews, and help evolve design practices and culture.
Ideally you'll have
- 2+ years' experience in product, UX/UI, or related design roles, supported by a relevant degree.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design across end-to-end projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design decisions.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with product managers and engineers.
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and data-informed design, with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) and familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
