Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
  • Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
  • Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission considered advantageous
  • A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed

Who are you?

  • A strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in industrial products is highly regarded but not essential).
  • A proactive and solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge in bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving branch goals.
