We are seeking applications from suitable
Casual Grade 1 Theatre Technicians to join our Theatre Services team.
In this role, you will support the efficient operation of the theatre complex by transporting, setting up, cleaning and maintaining theatre equipment, and assisting with patient positioning.
The Position
- Prepare operating theatres, equipment and supplies for surgical and endoscopic procedures.
- Assist with the safe transfer, positioning and care of patients within the theatre complex.
- Conduct equipment checks and support troubleshooting to ensure procedures run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, stocked and safe theatre environment in line with hospital protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
You will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, using your analytical skills to support the delivery of safe and efficient patient care services.

- Hourly rate: $44.08 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
