- Flexible days/hours, as long as your availability is between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- If you don't have experience, we can offer you on-the-job training
- Minimum 15 hours and work up to 30+ hours a week
- Excellent incentives and working conditions
- The hourly rate starts from $32.86 per hour (part-time)
- Must have a reliable vehicle, with a NSW driver's licence.

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation, is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.
No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.
On-the-job training provided.
We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.
When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!

Shifts
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
You chose your days and hours.

Services - once qualified (when you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support: Aged Care)

- Bed making, room tidying up
- Domestic Assistance
- Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning

- Complete documentation
- Follow policies and procedures
- Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
Services - Unskilled (not qualified/traineeship)
- Bed making, room tidying up
- Domestic Assistance
- Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning
- Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
- Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
- Complete documentation
- Follow policies and procedures
- Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
