Our Head Chef for Vikings Sports Club is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Back of House team at Vikings Sports Club located which is located at 35 Quarry Rd, Dundas Valley NSW 2117.
As a member of our team, you will have a passion for providing high quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain menu planning, stock and ordering requirements.
- Ensure minimal wastage for all food outlets.
- Ensure that the entire Club’s catering facilities meet or exceed operational, service and OH&S procedures, systems, and general requirements.
About you:
- Passionate about cooking food to the highest standard.
- Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience as Chef De Partie, Commi Chef or a similar position either in a Hotel, Restaurant, or club environment.
- Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable).
- RSA qualification or willing to obtain (desirable).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to drive and have own transport – due to the location of the venue, there is limited access to public transportation
