Marketing Coordinator – Marchon Sports to play a key role in shaping the future of our action sports portfolio (Dragon, Quiksilver, Roxy and Coast Eyewear) across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

This is a full-time onsite role, based in Torquay, Victoria.

About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and sales growth.

From launching new products and managing athlete partnerships to delivering impactful digital campaigns, social media content, retail activations, and events, you’ll be at the centre of bring our brands to life.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated marketer who combines strategic thinking with creativity, exceptional project management skills, and a hands-on approach to execution, ensuring all initiatives are delivered to a high standard within defined timelines, budget, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans across four brands, to support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, events, and partnerships.
  • Drive consumer engagement, website traffic, and sales through digital marketing, eDMs, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Create compelling content and manage brand presence across social and digital channels, analysing performance to optimise results.
  • Coordinate product launches, brand activations, events, athlete partnerships, and ambassador programs within the surf and action sports categories.
  • Support retail marketing initiatives including in-store merchandising, point-of-sale materials, retailer training, and incentive programs.
  • Work closely with sales teams, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Measure, report on, and continuously improve marketing performance to maximise brand awareness, engagement, and sales outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
