About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner here, you’ll gain broad exposure across our entire ecosystem. You’ll partner with diverse business streams as our hiring priorities evolve. It’s the perfect environment to expand your commercial acumen and build a highly versatile recruiting capability.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll become a trusted talent partner, helping leaders attract great people while delivering an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business portfolios.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide practical recruitment advice.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Create a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Use market insights and recruitment data to support better hiring decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People team to continuously improve how we hire.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Bring

  • The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience across a variety of Talent Acquisition operating models, with a clear understanding of what “great” looks like.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, influence and partner with Executives to deliver on business strategy.
  • Commercial acumen, with a track record of designing and executing TA strategies that directly support organisational objectives.
  • Focus on employer branding, including the ability to design and amplify an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Strong technical capability across ATS and CRM platforms, with an interest in AI and its role in shaping the future of Talent Acquisition. Experience producing reporting and presentations to business leadership
  • Excellent communication, resilience, adaptability, and confidence in navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
