About the Role

Kick off the day where the ocean meets the plate. Sails by Rydges is looking for an energetic and organised Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning service and set the tone for a great guest experience from the very first cup of coffee.

Based right on Port Macquarie's stunning waterfront, this is your chance to be part of a passionate team that takes pride in genuine hospitality and memorable stays. As Breakfast Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily breakfast service, lead and motivate a small team, ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests each morning.

What You Bring

• Experience in a F&B supervisor role or similar working in hotels, bars, or restaurants, previous experience running breakfast services highly advantageous.
• Experience managing and training teams, creating a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
• Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable
• Promote the venue and brand, maintain strong product knowledge, assist with training, supervision, and role allocation as required.
• Experience managing guest expectations and supporting the food & beverage service.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
• Professional with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
