Bali Body is a cult-status Australian beauty brand with over a decade of heritage in tanning and SPF. Born from the spirit of Bali wellness and Australian sunshine, we've grown from a DTC powerhouse into a globally distributed brand trusted by millions — and we're just getting started.
We're looking for a Head of Sales who is ambitious, commercially sharp, and hungry to achieve growth. Someone who thrives on ownership, loves the complexity of global retail, and is ready to sit alongside our founders and leadership team to drive the next chapter of the business.

THE ROLE
As Head of Sales, you'll take full ownership of Bali Body's global commercial function — leading our retail and wholesale strategy across Australia, the UK, Europe, and North America.
You'll own the B2B P&L, manage budgets and forecasts, and work closely with our CFO on profitability analysis and commercial opportunity assessment. This is a true seat at the leadership table, with direct exposure to the founders, GM, and CFO.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Oversee and help grow major retail and wholesale accounts across APAC, UK/EU and North America
• Hold full responsibility for the B2B P&L, including budgets, forecasts and commercial targets
• Work closely with the CFO on profitability analysis and the assessment of new commercial opportunities
• Develop and execute channel strategies tailored to each market
• Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing sales team
• Champion cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product and operations
• Represent Bali Body in crucial conversations and buyer meetings — with some international travel required
• Bring market intelligence back into the business to help inform NPD and brand direction

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A proven sales leader with experience in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle categories
• Deeply commercially minded — you understand P&L, margins, and what drives profitable growth
• Track record of delivering significant revenue growth through major retail accounts
• Established relationships with key retail buyers, ideally across multiple markets
• Highly ambitious, motivated, and results-oriented — you raise the bar without being asked
• Strong communicator and collaborator who brings people together across departments
• Comfortable with international travel when required
• Experience in omni-channel (retail + DTC) businesses highly regarded
