We are now seeking a Regular Giving Specialist who will play a pivotal role in acquiring, growing and retaining regular giving supporters. This role offers an opportunity make a real impact within theIndividual Giving Team and be part of an organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free).

About our role
- Deliver acquisition, retention, reactivation and upgrade campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage external agency partners including face-to-face, telemarketing and production suppliers.
- Use data, insights and testing to optimise campaign performance and supporter experience.
- Support the growth and retention of Canteen’s Regular Giving program.
- Collaborate across teams to drive sustainable fundraising income and supporter engagement.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Fundraising, or a related discipline, with experience in direct marketing, supporter acquisition, retention, and engagement programs.
- Strong project management skills, gained within a Fundraising environment. with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, or service providers and driving performance against agreed objectives.
- Demonstrated analytical capability, with experience using data and insights to drive campaign optimisation, supporter engagement, and income growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Warm, compassionate, and friendly approach to supporting our young people.

Employment Expectations
To ensure an ongoing commitment to the success of Canteen, all applications must be able to:
