The Role

In this pivotal role, you will support the efficient operation of the Financial Strategy Unit through high‑level administrative, project and reporting coordination. You’ll manage relevant corporate reporting obligations, prepare quality documentation, support the development and review of strategy and policies, assist with research and analysis, and help deliver a variety of projects. You will also provide proactive support to the Manager, coordinate meetings and workflows, and maintain effective systems that keep the unit running smoothly.

About You

You’re an organised, detail‑focused professional with strong project coordination, administrative, research and computer systems skills. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well and build positive relationships with stakeholders. You’re confident preparing reports, coordinating meetings and supporting projects from start to finish. Above all, you have a continuous improvements focus, take initiative, deliver excellent customer service, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.

This role requires a satisfactory police records check.
