About The Role

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the supply chain team at the Silverwater warehouse.

The Logistics Analyst plays a key analytical role in enhancing operational excellence within the warehouse and logistics functions. This role provides key support to the Warehouse & Logistics Project Manager in continuous warehouse and logistics optimisation.

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving warehouse metrics, dashboards, and data modelling to support informed decision making of the Supply Chain management team. The Warehouse & Logistics Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate warehouse productivity and cost tracking and help guide strategy through reporting and insights.

Job Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Logistics & Fulfillment dashboards and reports in collaboration with the Warehouse & Logistics Project Manager to provide clear visibility on warehousing operations metrics.
  • Provide timely and fact-based analytics and evaluations to the Supply Chain management team and other stakeholders to support informed warehouse decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain advanced reporting capabilities to enable real-time tracking of open orders and progress against operational plans.
  • Contribute to the accuracy of demand forecasts and effectively communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Perform cost and performance analyses for warehouse operations.
  • Gather and organise warehouse execution and cost data to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Demand Planning, Transportation, and Customer Service.
  • Support and contribute to special projects focused on warehouse optimisation across the organisation.
  • Perform velocity and capacity analyses and make recommendations for warehouse optimisation.
  • Provide accurate inbound and outbound volume reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute general administrative tasks for warehouse operations, including purchase order creation, data entry and data maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • May require occasional office/site visits.

Profile

Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations. Experience with Power BI, Excel Add-in, and Power Query Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and perform data analysis. Experience with warehouse management systems Required Characteristics Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills Well-organised and self-motivated Adaptable to change Attention to detail Positive and diligent Good team player
