We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner for an initial 3-month contract with a respected Geelong-based organisation. This is an opportunity to support organisational change, drive P&C process improvements, partner with leaders on complex people matters, and help shape the people agenda during a period of transformation.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing expert employee relations and workforce advice
- Supporting organisational change and alignment initiatives
- Coaching leaders through people-related matters
- Reviewing and uplifting HR processes, policies and documentation
- Helping establish HR priorities and a practical people roadmap
We're looking for someone who
- Brings strong HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Are confident managing sensitive and confidential matters
- Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Is highly organised, outcomes-focused and commercially minded
