Interim People & Culture Business Partner (Contract) | Geelong

We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner for an initial 3-month contract with a respected Geelong-based organisation. This is an opportunity to support organisational change, drive P&C process improvements, partner with leaders on complex people matters, and help shape the people agenda during a period of transformation.

Key responsibilities include

  • Providing expert employee relations and workforce advice
  • Supporting organisational change and alignment initiatives
  • Coaching leaders through people-related matters
  • Reviewing and uplifting HR processes, policies and documentation
  • Helping establish HR priorities and a practical people roadmap

We're looking for someone who

  • Brings strong HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
  • Are confident managing sensitive and confidential matters
  • Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Is highly organised, outcomes-focused and commercially minded
