Lead clinical excellence across aged care, community and disability services.

Are you passionate about developing people, improving practice and delivering high-quality care?

We are seeking an experienced clinician to provide leadership, education and coaching across our residential aged care, community aged care and NDIS services. In this role, you'll partner with leaders and frontline teams to embed best practice, strengthen clinical capability and drive continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity to influence care at scale - supporting staff to grow their skills, improve outcomes and deliver safe, person-centred services every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to nurses, care staff and support workers.
  • Deliver education, training and coaching that strengthens workforce capability.
  • Support staff to embed evidence-based practice and deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct audits, reviews and practice assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve service quality, compliance and customer outcomes.
  • Develop resources, tools and initiatives that support best-practice care delivery.

About You

You are a confident clinician who enjoys coaching others, influencing practice and leading positive change.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health.
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience working within aged care, disability, community care or health services.
  • Demonstrated experience in education, supervision, mentoring or staff development.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical standards, quality frameworks and contemporary practice.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
