Certified PMGM, Compensation and Variable Pay consultant

- Drive solution design, hands‑on configuration, and deployment of compensation and performance processes, including templates, eligibility rules, budgets, workflows, and business rules.

- Partner with client HR and Reward stakeholders, facilitating Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, managing requirements, and providing trusted‑advisor guidance.

- Own delivery across annual compensation cycles and performance review processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and business‑aligned.

- Produce and govern key delivery artefacts (solution design, configuration workbooks, testing, data migration) and manage risks through to go‑live and hypercare.

• - Collaborate with technical, reporting, and change teams to support successful adoption and operational stability
