We're looking for a technically minded Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of Low Voltage Electrical Switchboard projects, taking them from order through to completion within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About The Role

Based at our National Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in Melbourne's western suburbs, you'll be the vital link between customers, engineering, procurement, and production. You'll ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while providing an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

This is a hands-on coordination role where your technical understanding, organisation skills, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of switchboard projects, from order acceptance to final delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation and schedules
• Support the development and release of Final Design Information (FDI) for manufacturing
• Monitor project timelines, risks, variations, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track
• Work closely with engineering and workshop teams to resolve technical queries and production challenges
• Provide responsive post-delivery support and manage project close-out activities
• Contribute to operational efficiency by maintaining a consistent and effective project workflow

About You

You'll bring a combination of technical knowledge, project coordination capability, and a customer-focused approach.

Ideally, You'll Have

• An Electrical Engineering qualification, electrical trade background, or experience within the electrical, switchboard, or power distribution industry
• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project delivery role
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with ERP systems and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• A commitment to delivering quality outcomes and exceptional customer service
