Joining an experienced team, you will

• Design commercially viable Managed Services solutions for new and existing customers across service desk, cloud, infrastructure and broader ICT services
• Lead tender responses, proposals, pricing models and customer presentations for complex managed services opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Operations and senior stakeholders to shape compelling customer outcomes and strategic bid responses
• Contribute to Managed Services strategy, solution development, methodologies and customer engagement across technical and executive audiences
• Help shape the continued advancement of our services

About you

You will ideally bring:

• Extensive experience in Managed Services presales, solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven ability to lead complex tender responses, proposals, pricing, scoping and commercial modelling
• Broad understanding across cloud, network, server, storage, service desk, outsourcing models and key vendor technologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, documentation and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences
• An ability to present solutions confidently
• An ability to travel interstate occasionally
