Following your clerkship, you will have the opportunity to apply for our 2028 Graduate Program.
Your experience
Our clerkship program offers the chance to explore life in legal practice and at Lander & Rogers, to see whether we're right for you. The program will build on your university education through structured training, ongoing mentoring and, most importantly, doing real work for real clients.
We're looking for people with the ability to tackle complex legal scenarios, energy to absorb new concepts, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Our culture
Learn in a collaborative environment and accelerate your success alongside a team that is invested in your growth.
From day one, you will gain hands-on experience, build technical expertise and gain exposure to a diverse range of practice areas.
Every clerk and graduate who joins our firm plays a role in our shared success. That's why we seek not only the brightest legal minds, but those who share our values of authenticity, connection, collaboration and innovation.
Who can apply?
Our 2026/27 Melbourne Clerkship Program is open to students who are in their penultimate or final year of a law degree.
Applicants must have full working rights through Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
