About the role

Reporting to the Team Lead – PEP Specialist, the Project Officer – PEP Specialist will manage and coordinate the PEP Specialist Stream, including participant onboarding, program delivery, assessments, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This role also collaborates with Medical Educators and cross-functional teams to ensure program compliance and operations.

As our Program Officer – PEP Specialist, you'll also:

  • Coordinate workplace-based assessments, Medical Educator activities and participant communications to support successful program outcomes.
  • Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate records, reporting and cohort data across program systems and databases.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Evaluation, Member Services, Systems Support and Business Intelligence to support program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure published program information, policies and operational processes remain current, compliant and fit for purpose.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience coordinating complex programs or projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Knowledge of education, training or health programs
