About The Role

You will have the opportunity to work with the Housekeeping Department This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow your hotel skill set in order to build a career with-in The Langham, shall you be determined and dedicated.

This position is an integral part of a high performing hotel team, and a key contributor to the hotel's ongoing success.

Your responsibilities will include: -Floor Quality Supervisor

  • Inspect guest and VIP rooms daily to maintain high cleaning standards.
  • Record inspection results and follow up on any issues.
  • Support and train room attendants to improve performance.
  • Keep corridors, lifts, pantries, and storerooms clean and tidy.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly.
  • Help achieve guest satisfaction goals and uphold service quality.
  • Ensure all staff follow grooming and uniform standards.
  • Promote teamwork and professional communication.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Be hands-on and able to work weekdays, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible for assisting in meeting excellent standards in the Housekeeping Department.
