Site Supervisor - Fitout / Finishes - $100m Education Project

We’re currently seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor (Fitout / Finishes) for an immediate start ongoing contract role on a major high-profile education project in Perth.

This is an opportunity to join a tier 1 international construction group with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, complex projects across Australia and globally. The business is known for its structured delivery systems, high safety standards, and strong project support teams, offering excellent stability and long-term opportunity across future projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading internal works, fitout, and finishes packages on a major $100m education development. Working closely with the site management and project delivery team, you will play a key role in driving subcontractor performance, maintaining programme, and ensuring high-quality finishes across all areas of the build.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Supervision and coordination of all internal trades and finishes works
• Driving programme and sequencing of fitout packages
• Managing subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and delivery standards are met
• Coordination of inspections, defects, and quality assurance processes
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, WHS requirements, and builder standards
• Working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to resolve site issues efficiently
• Maintaining a strong focus on detail, finishes quality, and handover readiness

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or education fitout projects
• Strong finishes and internal trades background
• Ability to drive subcontractors and maintain programme under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and defect-free delivery
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Stable background with reputable builders or contractors
