Our client is a privately owned Western Australian commercial plumbing and civil contractor based in Balcatta. We have been delivering quality projects in WA for over 30 years.

We specialise in large scale projects with Tier 1 and 2 builders. We have a strong team culture and are heavily focused on safety and quality.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

We are currently seeking an experienced

Commercial Plumbing Supervisor for an immediate start on a large Tier 1 apartment development near the city.

THE ROLE

Key Elements Of The Role Will Include

• Responsibility for delivering against project production, safety and quality targets.
• A significant degree of autonomy with strong support from Project Managers, Contract Administrators and the Managing Director for quick decision making, resourcing and trouble-shooting when required.
• Responsibility for developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other trades to ensure a smooth and coordinated working environment.
• The opportunity to build your own team.

YOU

You Will Ideally Have

• Significant previous experience with large scale commercial projects, including apartments..
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• A natural affinity for problem solving and the ability to think outside the box.
• A sound understanding of WHS and QA/QC processes.
• A strong desire to build successful teams who deliver successful commercial outcomes.
