About the Role

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman to join a reputable builder and developer with a strong pipeline of work across Brisbane.

This hands-on role will see you leading site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Manage look-ahead programs and site activities
• Monitor site safety, compliance, and productivity
• Support project delivery across both structure and finishes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Foreman delivering high-rise apartment or mixed-use developments valued between $20M–$40M, with experience across both structure and finishes.
• Carpentry trade background
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Proficient with construction management and compliance software
