YOUR ROLE
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be a key on-site leader, helping deliver an exceptional resident experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the asset. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll lead from the front, guiding the Customer Experience team, building strong resident relationships and ensuring the community runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines customer experience, operations, team development and commercial awareness to create an outstanding living environment for our residents.
Day-to-day You Will
- Lead and support the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional service at every resident touchpoint.
- Build genuine relationships with residents, proactively responding to enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Oversee key operational activities including arrivals, departures, room allocations and resident administration.
- Support the planning and delivery of resident engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs and community experiences.
- Assist with roster management, workforce planning and day-to-day team coordination.
- Monitor occupancy, resident accounts and operational reporting to support strong commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Facilities, Housekeeping and other on-site teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
- Support the management of incidents, compliance requirements and site safety processes when required.
- Act as the on-site leader in the absence of the Operations Manager.

- Passionate about customer experience, leadership and community building.
- An experienced people leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing teams.
- Confident managing competing priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- A strong communicator who can build relationships with residents, stakeholders and colleagues.
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting reporting, budgets or operational performance.
- Calm, solutions-focused and able to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with systems, processes and operational administration.
- Experienced in hospitality, accommodation, retail, property, tourism or a similar customer-focused environment.
Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to starting in the position.
