Qualifications

No specific formal qualification is required, but strong minute-taking experience and SharePoint capability are essential for this assignment, along with senior EA/PA experience in a busy executive environment.

Why Is This a Great Opportunity

This is a good short-term opportunity for someone who is between roles, looking for contract work, or wanting a solid assignment to carry them through this period.

The environment is organised, with handover before and after the main cover period. It is a smaller statutory government organisation, so it is not a huge team or overly corporate day-to-day, aside from Board meeting periods.

The people are down to earth and the CEO is engaged, with daily check-ins planned. The person will not be left to work everything out alone, as there are other PAs in the office and people around who understand the role and can provide support if things get busy.

It would suit someone who likes executive support, Board and committee work, and being the steady person behind the scenes keeping things moving.
