About The Role
Joining our Health sector you will work with a national team of architects and health planners on complex, large‑scale hospital and health projects. You will work closely with sector leaders, project directors and design teams to plan, implement and manage BIM and Digitial processes from project inception through to delivery.
You will,
- Manage and undertake BIM execution on major health and complex projects, including BIM execution plans, model management and coordination protocols (supported by our in-house Digital team).
- Assist with set up, managment and maintain project databases in dRofus, and ensure robust integration between dRofus and Revit for rooms, equipment and briefing data. (Experience with complex content creation management highly regarded)
- Actively contribute to project documentation, including developing and coordinating Revit documentation packages for key project stages.
- Coordinate digital design outputs with project teams, consultants and contractors, using model coordination tools and clash detection workflows.
- Provide day to day BIM support, coaching and troubleshooting for project teams (supported by our in-house Digital team)
- Work with our national Digital and BIM leaders to implement and refine BIM standards, templates and digital delivery processes.
- Assist with federated models, data extracts and model based deliverables for clients, authorities and contractors.
- Contribute to innovation in digital delivery for the Health sector, including process improvements and adoption of new tools where appropriate
About You
We look forward to welcoming an experienced BIM professional who is comfortable leading on large, complex projects and enjoys working at the intersection of design and technology.
You Will Bring
- Significant experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager role on major projects, experience in health or other complex public projects is highly regarded.
- Advanced skills in Revit and strong experience in producing coordinated documentation on live projects.
- Solid experience with dRofus, including setup, configuration, data management and integration with Revit (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience in project documentation across multiple stages, and confidence taking responsibility for key documentation packages.
- Parametric and Generative design experience (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and frameworks, for example ISO 19650, and experience developing or applying office and project standards.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and external consultants using model based workflows - particularly in an Autodesk environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to guide and influence project teams on BIM and documentation best practice.
- High attention to detail, with a structured, process driven approach to data quality, documentation quality and model integrity.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, or a related technical qualification.
