Clinical Research Associate II/III - VIC
Novotech
Passionate about biotech? So are we.
At Novotech, you'll work with innovative biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors who are deeply invested in their science and passionate about their molecules. As we continue to grow across Early Clinical Development and Phase I-III studies, we're looking for experienced CRA II and CRA III professionals to join our Melbourne team.
We recognise that great CRAs want more than another monitoring role. They want supportive leadership, flexibility and a team where they feel valued. At Novotech, your line manager knows who you are, understands your career aspirations and is committed to helping you succeed. Our employee engagement surveys consistently show high levels of trust and respect between people leaders and their teams. You're not simply a number on a resource plan, you're a respected member of a collaborative, high-performing team where your ideas are welcomed, your opinion matters and your contributions help shape how we work.
Our continued growth has created exciting opportunities for career development and internal progression. We are proud of our track record of promoting from within and creating new opportunities for our people as we expand. Supporting career growth isn't just something we talk about-it's a genuine passion of our Clinical Operations leaders.
Biotech can be fast-moving, dynamic and highly collaborative. Our CRAs work closely with sponsors who value expertise, proactive problem-solving and genuine partnership.
