CBRE manages a premium portfolio of commercial and retail assets on behalf of IFM Investors, one of Australia's leading institutional landlords. We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Perth team and take on genuine portfolio responsibility across a mixed asset base.
Perfect for a property professional who's already working across leases, budgets and client reporting, and is ready for more ownership on a premium institutional account.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a key point of contact for landlords and institutional stakeholders across a mixed commercial and retail portfolio
- Manage lease administration, tenancy schedules and critical dates with precision
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting across your assets
- Support rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings and negotiations alongside leasing and asset teams
- Monitor outgoings, recoveries and cash flow, keeping a close eye on overall financial performance
- Conduct regular inspections and manage compliance obligations across the portfolio
About You
You're a property management professional who is comfortable owning a portfolio and working directly with clients. You understand commercial and retail leases, you're comfortable with numbers, and you know how to build relationships that last.
- Property management experience, ideally across mixed commercial and retail assets
- Good working knowledge of lease administration, budgeting and financial reporting
- Comfortable managing client relationships with institutional landlords
- A WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain one
- Organised, self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes across a varied portfolio
