Senior Account Manager (Public Relations) - Brisbane

With established offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we're now opening our Brisbane office.

The Mint Partners are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Brisbane Lead to help shape this exciting next chapter. This is more than a client-facing role, it's an opportunity to help build our Brisbane presence, influence our culture and become part of a growing office backed by the support, resources and reputation of an established national agency.

You'll work across an established portfolio of luxury and lifestyle clients across Australia and internationally, leading integrated campaigns spanning PR, influencer, social, paid and experiential. You'll have the autonomy to create exceptional work while helping define what The Mint Partners looks and feels like in Brisbane.

We're looking for someone who brings

• Strong integrated communications experience across PR, influencer, social, paid and experiential campaigns
• A genuine passion for culture, media and emerging trends, importantly a love of Brisbane and a desire to be immersed in its people, places and creative community
• Confidence leading clients, campaigns and day-to-day relationships
• Natural creative instinct paired with strong commercial thinking
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• A collaborative leadership style and a passion for mentoring junior team members
• The energy to help shape our Brisbane culture and make our office a place our growing team genuinely love coming to

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience managing client communications for luxury, travel, hospitality and/or lifestyle brands
• 5+ years experience (PR agency environment preferable)
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
