Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with pronounced planning, scheduling and estimating skills. Based in Kewdale, this full-time position will play a key role within our Project Delivery team in the coordination of all technical and project-related activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Liaising with internal/external stakeholders on deliverables as required.
• Aiming to ensure the team reach their productivity goals and quality standards.
• Coordinate, attend and when required chair project kick off or progress review meetings.
• Managing customer expectations ongoing.
• Maintain control of job costing throughout and provide feedback to management.
• Establish and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and continued forward forecast of repeat work.

What We're Looking For

On a day-to-day basis, you will be dealing with keys stakeholders and must have the capacity to demonstrate tolerance, patience and understand the importance of accuracy.

• Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant (desirable).
• Ability to interpret contract documentation.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
• ERP and MRP systems for purchasing, expediting and production, cost control and reporting.
• High level of administrative and organisational skills.
