Applications

The College is seeking a Boarding House Mother on a permanent, part-time basis (35 hours per week). Reporting to the Heads of Boarding, the Boarding House Mother plays a pivotal role in the daily lives of our boarding students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure every boarder feels seen, heard, and valued
• Oversee day-to-day boarding house operations and duty staff
• Support students' health, safety, and overall well-being
• Build strong connections with students and their families
• Assist with the organisation and planning of boarder events
• Maintain a positive and well-ordered boarding house environment

Key Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Proven experience working with Children
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to supporting the Christian ethos of the College
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Unrestricted Driver Licence.
